Olivia & Ollie’s Home Farm Wedding
After seeing a previous farm wedding I had produced, Olivia & Ollie got in touch to discuss their ideas for a wedding film. They were looking for someone who could capture the organised chaos that a 150+ guest farm wedding brings with a documentary approach. They put so much hard work into creating the venue from clearing a field and maintaining it for 12 months prior, styling the marquee and immediate grounds, and coupled with the fact both had elderly grandparents who couldn’t make the day - they needed a film which captured it all and could be shared to relive the day with them.
I had the honour of capturing their day as it naturally unfolded — to reassuring the Mother of the Bride that despite 9 of them getting ready in her kitchen the “clutter” was all part of the day, to watching childhood friends Bagpiping them out of the Ceremony to climbing tractors in the yard for photos, all under a perfect blue skied June day.
This page features their short Teaser Trailer and full-length Feature Film, each reflecting the genuine spirit of their wedding day.
Teaser Trailer
A Glimpse of the Day
Short and sweet, this 1.5 minute Teaser had to start with the Church exit, and to reinforce the feelings of pure elation for the couple from all guests a snippet of the best man’s speech.
Feature Film
This is the full wedding film — candid, story-driven, and carefully edited to reflect the essence of Olivia & Ollie’s celebration. A keepsake they’ll revisit for a lifetime.
Every couple have a bespoke story, you are your own people shaped by many life factors. This filters into how I believe despite following similar structures every wedding has a unique story, and I’m always honoured to be trusted with telling it.
